Canmakers prepare to gather for Dublin Summit

The Canmaker magazine is gearing up for its annual Summit, which is expected to attract almost 200 delegates from across the global canmaking industry.

The event will bring together canmakers and suppliers for a two-day conference programme and The Canmaker Cans of the Year Awards presentation and gala dinner. The schedule will also include a networking reception on the evening of 28 October.

Held from 28-29 October in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, delegates can expect to hear from a range of industry experts, including Gus Reall of CDL, Jason Galley of the Metal Packaging Manufacturers Association (MPMA), Richard Moore of SLAC, and Thomas Kampen of Novelis.

One of the most prestigious awards in canmaking – The Canmaker Cans of the Year Awards – will take place on the evening of the 28 October.

The shortlisted entries into this year’s Cans of the Year Awards will also be on display at the Summit.

Established more than 30 years ago, The Canmaker Summit takes place annually and provides insight and information on the latest technologies and trends in the canmaking industry, as well as in the can filling and canstock sectors.
